1. composer require cart2quote/module-composer-repository-fix

2. php -f bin/magento module:enable Cart2Quote_ComposerRepositoryFix

3. php bin/magento setup:upgrade

4. rm -rf var/generation/ var/cache/ pub/static/frontend/ pub/static/adminhtml/ var/page_cache/ var/di/ var/di

5. php -f bin/magento setup:di:compile

6. php -f bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

7. php -f bin/magento indexer:reindex
