## HTTP2 via autoloading

This is a simple port of the PEAR HTTP2 library to make it use autoloading rather than require, and to be callable via static function, as the class has no state.

To test, run either
$ phpunit tests/
  or
$ pear run-tests -r

To build, simply
$ pear package

To install from scratch
$ pear install package.xml

To upgrade
$ pear upgrade -f package.xml
