Requirements

• Dotdigitalgroup_Email module v4.33.0+
• PHP 7.4+
• Magento 2.4.2+
  • Magento 2.3.7, 2.4.0 and 2.4.1 are compatible up to version 1.10.x

Activation

• This module is included in our core extension. Please refer to these instructions to install via the Magento Marketplace.
• Ensure you have set valid API credentials in Configuration > Dotdigital > Account Settings
• Turn on the chat bubble by enabling chat in Dotdigital Connect > Connect website
• Enable chat profile updates in Configuration > Dotdigital > Chat Settings
