This is ninja-forms-parameter. A Wordpress plugin and Ninja Forms add-on which allows you to pass a merge tag to a form in the shortcode.

Usage

Merge Tags

• Navigate to editing a Form 1
  • Go to Fields, Edit, Advanced, Default, and click on the Merge Tags icon
  • Select Parameter and change the "YOUR_KEY" to a key you will use (e.g. lead_source)

Short Codes

• Navigate to editing a Page
  • Add ShortCode [ninja-forms-parameter YOUR_KEY="Your Value"] (e.g. [ninja-forms-parameter lead_source="Web Site"])
