Plugin for YOURLS 1.7

##Description force SSL connection if is defined https in config constant YOURLS_SITE.

Installation

• In /user/plugins, create a new folder named laemmi-yourls-force-ssl.
• Drop these files in that directory.
• Via git goto /users/plugins and type git clone https://github.com/Laemmi/laemmi-yourls-force-ssl.git
• change config value YOURLS_SITE
