PatxiAI department agent: manages your contacts and accounts, tracks deals and quotes, and handles support requests — the CRM/sales/support side of running things.

Part of PatxiAI, an open-source personal AI assistant built on the Laravel AI SDK. This package isn't used standalone — it's installed as an optional module from the PatxiAI dashboard (or composer require patxiai/agent-business) into an app already running patxiai/patxi-core.

What it does

BusinessLead routes work to three specialists, each claiming one of PatxiAI's built-in business Applications:

• Account Manager — contacts and accounts (the CRM application).
• Sales Specialist — opportunities, quotes and proposals (the Sales application).
• Support Specialist — support tickets tied to those contacts and accounts (the Support application).

Unlike departments that wrap external integrations, Business's specialists work against PatxiAI's own built-in Applications — the "lo justo y necesario" alternative for a solopreneur who doesn't run HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or a dedicated helpdesk. Each specialist stays quiet about capabilities it doesn't have: if its Application isn't installed yet, it says so instead of inventing contacts, deals or tickets.

Requirements

Requires patxiai/patxi-core — see the main PatxiAI repo for installation. The CRM/Sales/Support Applications themselves are separate, not-yet-published packages; until they're installed, Business's specialists have no tools of their own.
