PatxiAI department agent: helps you train, eat, sleep, build habits and make sense of your health data — educational, not a doctor.

Part of PatxiAI, an open-source personal AI assistant built on the Laravel AI SDK. This package isn't used standalone — it's installed as an optional module from the PatxiAI dashboard (or composer require patxiai/agent-health) into an app already running patxiai/patxi-core.

What it does

HealthLead routes work to ten specialist coaches and synthesizes an evidence-based plan:

• Habit Coach
• Sleep Coach
• Mindfulness & Mental Wellness Coach
• Supplement & Recovery Advisor
• Women's & Hormonal Health

It also picks up any installed integration whose catalog category is Health & Fitness, and personalizes its plans with what the user shared on the profile page (patxiai/patxi-profile's health section) — it's also the only department wired to write back to the user's profile directly, via UpdateUserProfile, when the user shares new health data mid-conversation.
