This is a simple plugin designed to make it super easy to add custom post types RSS feed into a theme. This plugin automatically queries post types that have archives enabled and generates a markup and adds it to head.

Installation

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

Using The WordPress Dashboard

1. Navigate to the 'Add New' in the plugins dashboard
2. Search for 'custom-post-type-rss-feed'
3. Click 'Install Now'
4. Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

Uploading in WordPress Dashboard

1. Navigate to the 'Add New' in the plugins dashboard
2. Navigate to the 'Upload' area
3. Select custom-post-type-rss-feed.zip from your computer
4. Click 'Install Now'
5. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

1. Download custom-post-type-rss-feed.zip
2. Extract the custom-post-type-rss-feed directory to your computer
3. Upload the custom-post-type-rss-feed directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
4. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

GitHub Updater

The Custom Post Type RSS feed includes native support for the GitHub Updater which allows you to provide updates to your WordPress plugin from GitHub.
