The Maintenance Application.

To install the maintenance application, run the following composer command in the directory of your choice:

composer create-project stevebauman/maintenance-app --stability="dev"

After it's installed, in the root directory, run the command:

php artisan maintenance:install

Follow the prompts to install the application.
