A more secure wrapper for cURL functions to transfer an ASCII file over FTP with implicit SSL/TLS

This is a wrapper for libcurl to securely use FTPS. It is based on works by different authors.

The changes keep BC in the hope that the class will be upgraded where it is currently used.

The ugly code style is also retained for now, sorry.
