Creates a polyfill for FOSUserBundle to use NucleosUserBundle as a full replacement.
Warning
This is not a full replacement of the FOSUserBundle. It provides the most basic classes und all shared common model interfaces to use the latest symfony version for bundles, that requires FOSUserBundle.
