Copy the module into <thelia_root>/local/modules/ directory and be sure that the name of the module is EditRobotTxt.
Activate it in your thelia administration panel

Add it in your main thelia composer.json file

composer require thelia/edit-robot-txt-module:~1.0

After installation go to Modules to activate it and delete the robots.txt file in web folder.
